I spoke with Scott before Christmas because I told my kids that Santa"s elves were building a swingset! Well of course Scott knew they didn't hit Costco until January - I think I bought the first one. Scott and I corresponded about all the details- even silly questions like"how many guys will it take to lift it?" or "how big a truck do I need" His replies were always prompt and helpful. Once we bought it and were excited to get it set up- he came that week. he was professional, courteous, on-time, and a pleasure to do business with.
