My last position was with Cardinal Health Distribution in Swedesboro NJ. The function of the Customer Account Representative encompassed various account procedures which included: Entering large orders of pharmaceuticals for most of the large drug store chains in the tri state area. Processing of credit memo’s , RMA’s: drop-shipments: OS&D’s: placing orders to various suppliers for medical equipment. In addition, provided for the arrangement of emergency orders of narcotics as applicable to the DEA’s federal guidelines.
